THOMAS D. LYFORD received his bachelor’s degree with honors in Biology and Chemistry from Rocky Mountain College and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. 

Mr. Lyford’s practice has included trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, copyright, and patent infringement disputes, preparation of patent and trademark availability opinions, and the application and maintenance of trademarks worldwide.
