MICHAEL HOUSKE received his Bachelor of Arts from Carleton College and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001.  Mr. Houske was an Executive Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. 

Mr. Houske has a wide range of experience in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  He has represented individuals, small businesses and large corporations in a variety of industries including banking, energy, advertising, telecommunications and manufacturing.  His practice includes class action antitrust matters, class action securities litigation, entertainment disputes, trade secret and unfair competition cases, insurance coverage disputes and product liability matters.

Mr. Houske is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the California state courts, United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit.
