HAJIR ARDEBILI
received his bachelor’s degree with honors in Political Science and
American Studies from the University of Kansas in 1999, and earned
his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall
School of Law) in 2002. He joined White O’Connor Fink & Brenner LLP
in 2006.
While at the
University of Kansas, Mr. Ardebili achieved numerous accolades in
intercollegiate policy debate, including several first-place
finishes, the top seed at the 1997 National Debate Tournament and
the award for Most Outstanding Individual Debater at the Cross
Examination Debate Association National Championship Tournament in
1998.
While in law school,
Mr. Ardebili served as an Associate Editor for the Berkeley
Technology Law Journal, and the Articles/Features Editor for the
Cross-Examiner, the student newspaper. He received the Prosser
Prize for Civil Trial Practice, was the winner of the Best Oral
Argument and Best Petitioner’s Brief awards in the McBaine Honors
Moot Court Competition, and was awarded the Jamison Prize for
Scholarship and Advocacy during commencement ceremonies.
Mr. Ardebili is
admitted to practice before California’s state courts, as well as
the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He
has had extensive trial experience, including as lead counsel. His
practice includes complex business cases, entertainment litigation,
intellectual property matters, real estate disputes and First
Amendment litigation.
