Eric W. May was born in Orange, California.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006.  He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009.  While at Hastings, Mr. May served as a Notes Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and he was a participant of the Hastings Civil Justice Individual Representation Clinic.  Mr. May was admitted to the California Bar in 2009.
